Before you read this list

A revenue decline does not necessarily mean a declining business

This is the mirror image of the high end: a company that recognised one large one-off amount in the same month last year will print something close to -100% simply by returning to normal, with nothing wrong in the underlying business. Project-based revenue — construction, shipbuilding, systems integration — behaves this way by design. What is worth attention is not one month's gap but the direction across several months, and whether the three-month average has fallen below the twelve-month average, which is what weakening momentum actually looks like. This list is a set of names to look into, not a conclusion.

Full ranking

The population is the 1,973 tickers that filed monthly revenue for that month; 1,967 of them had a valid year-on-year rate, 6 disclosed none and 0 were excluded because the same month a year earlier was zero, which makes the ratio meaningless. Blanks stay blank — nothing is zero-filled or carried forward from the previous month. Per-ticker revenue with its 3M and 12M averages is on revenue momentum.

How this ranking is built

01

What is sorted is the filed year-on-year rate, not a derived score

Every figure comes from the monthly revenue each company files as required, sorted directly — no weighting, no adjustment, no composite score. You can re-sort the same month's raw numbers yourself and get this list back.

02

A zero base a year earlier is excluded, never printed as infinity

The denominator is revenue in the same month a year ago; when that is zero the ratio is mathematically undefined. Those cases are not padded with a large stand-in number or shown as an infinity symbol — they are excluded, and the count of exclusions is stated on the page.

03

Ties are kept as ties

Equal values share a rank. No secondary key is used to force them apart, because that would manufacture an ordering that does not exist in the data.

04

Every month is frozen on its own, never rewritten backwards

The list moves with each monthly filing and every month is frozen separately. A later revenue correction produces a new month rather than editing one already frozen.

Frequently asked questions

Which Taiwan stocks have the steepest revenue declines?
For revenue month 2026-07 the steepest decline is 6901 at -890.6%. The tenth reads -100.0% and the fiftieth -71.7%. All fifty, each with its sector, are in the table on this page.
How often is this ranking updated?
Once a month. Listed companies in Taiwan file the previous month's revenue in the first days of the following month, and the list is re-sorted once the market has filed. What you see is the month 2026-07. Each month is frozen separately — a later correction produces a new version rather than editing the one already published.
Why does the population show 1,967 tickers rather than all 1,973?
The 1,973 figure is how many tickers filed monthly revenue for that month. Of those, 6 disclosed no year-on-year rate and 0 were excluded because revenue in the same month a year earlier was zero, which makes the ratio incomputable, leaving 1,967. Companies that do not file monthly revenue at all are outside the scope of this table and are not counted as undisclosed, which would overstate the exclusions.
Does the highest growth rate mean the strongest company?
No. The denominator is the same month a year ago, so the smaller that base, the more extreme this year's percentage — the names at the very top usually say more about last year than about this one. The reasons are set out under what to know before reading it. For an actual trend, the three-month revenue average against the twelve-month average is more reliable than one month's rate.
Can I get this ranking through the API?
Yes. The market-wide latest monthly revenue table, including the year-on-year rate, is available programmatically on the free tier, and sorting it reproduces this list. Reading the ranking as it stood in any past month requires historical snapshots, which is a paid tier.

This is data and tooling, not investment advice. The ranking is a sort of cross-sectional values for one period; it carries no judgement of quality and is not a recommendation of any kind.
