Taiwan Smart-Money Timeline — foreign flows, insider filings, blocks, pledges

Tracking one stock's chip story means watching several sites. The smart-money timeline aligns foreign flows, insider filings, block trades, pledges and holder concentration from multiple official sources into one dated timeline.

Why cross-source alignment matters

Events live in separate official systems with different disclosure times. The timeline lines them up by actual availability date, revealing whether a foreign-buying streak overlaps an insider transfer filing.

Every entry carries its availability date

Each node is placed by the date the information actually became public, not by the date the underlying transaction occurred. A prettier timeline would backfill events to their transaction dates and quietly rewrite the order a trader could have observed.

Because ordering follows availability, the timeline itself is look-ahead-free: the sequence you read is the sequence the market could read.

Honest limit: a timeline shows adjacency, not causation. Foreign buying that starts the week an insider files a transfer may be reacting to it, may be reacting to something else entirely, or may be coincidence across two unrelated desks. The timeline puts the events side by side so the question can be asked at all; answering it is research, not readout.
