Taiwan Monthly Revenue — YoY, MoM and momentum, disclosure-date stamped
Monthly revenue is Taiwan's unique high-frequency fundamental: few markets require listed companies to report sales every month. We structure the filings into YoY, MoM and momentum series, each row stamped with its official disclosure date.
Why disclosure stamps matter
Filings are due by the 10th of the following month, but actual dates vary by company and month. Aligning backtests by calendar month assumes you knew the number on day one — classic lookahead bias. Every row carries its actual disclosure date, so signals only activate after publication.
How momentum is computed
Beyond raw YoY and MoM, we publish a normalized momentum series, such as YoY expressed as a z-score against the stock's own history. That turns "revenue growth is accelerating" from a chart impression into a comparable number.
All of it is deterministic recomputation with published formulas. Honest limit: revenue momentum is a measurement, not a signal. Strong momentum does not imply the price will follow.
See it on a chart: the monthly revenue momentum chart draws the filed monthly revenue as bars with 3-month and 12-month moving averages over it and year-over-year growth on a second axis, so the level read and the growth read sit side by side. Free on the demo ticker, no signup.
One stock at a time is only half the read. The macro regime chart puts the official five-colour business cycle signal behind narrow and broad money supply growth, so a revenue line that turned can be checked against whether the whole economy turned with it.
